How much does an implant cost at Auris?
We state your binding price within 24 hours of seeing your X-ray — in writing and as a fixed price that does not change afterwards. Guide prices are on our prices page. Send us an existing quote from home and you will receive a direct comparison.
How often do I need to travel to Prishtina?
Usually twice, for three to four days each. The first trip covers diagnostics, surgery and fixed temporary teeth; the second the final restoration from the master laboratory. In between you heal at home for three to six months.
Who treats me?
Dr. med. dent. Robert Schneider — a dentist licensed in Switzerland with three master's degrees and 25 years of experience. He performs surgery and prosthetic work personally.
What if something is wrong after I return home?
You receive a written guarantee with an implant passport. Check-ups, suture removal and small corrections are covered together with partner practices we are currently building up in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. You can always reach us on WhatsApp.
Which materials do you use?
bredent SKY implants from Germany, zirconia and all-ceramic work from a laboratory led by a German master dental technician, Dentsply Sirona units and our own CBCT for three-dimensional planning.
Does the treatment hurt?
Procedures are carried out under local anaesthesia, with sedation on request. Most patients describe the days after surgery as far easier than expected. You receive all medication and a named contact person.
Why is treatment cheaper than in Switzerland or Germany?
Because rent, wages and laboratory costs are lower in Kosovo — not because materials or time are cut. The implant, the ceramic and the equipment are the same as in a Swiss practice.
How do I get to Prishtina?
Direct flights from Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Munich, Stuttgart, Memmingen, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Vienna take around two hours. We collect you at the airport and arrange a hotel near the clinic.
